This is an old monastery converted without the investment in construction, furniture, and decoration of a Parador, which gives it originality but difficulty to manage professionally. It was full on the day we stayed (August 8th) and the staff - scarce and lacking training - were overwhelmed despite putting in a lot of effort. The restaurant is expensive and has quite sophisticated menu options. Breakfast, included in the offer as 'continental breakfast', is served as a buffet with limited choices.
